After-Sales Service

Set up in 1992, the Service Department at I.S.P.A.-Engineering has been doing in-warranty and out-of-warranty service, repair and maintenance of professional audio, video and telecommunications equipment.

Service engineers and managers regularly undergo training arranged by the manufacturers. Some of the specialists have personal certificates. There are direct links with more than 100 technical support centers. Together with Soundcraft, Tannoy, Sony, Tascam, Behringer, Tube-Tech, Clear-Com, Anton Bauer, Lab Gruppen, Leitch and other companies which give I.S.P.A. the exclusive right to use technical documentation, the Service department provides quality service support, technical consultation to the end users, and supplies them with original spare parts.
I.S.P.A. Service Department is an authorized service center for Sony, Sennheiser, dbx, TC Electronic, Dynaudio Acoustics, Fohhn and Vinten.
