Training the technical personnel of media complexes to use new technologies:

• Putting together training plans and programs for technical personnel that operates equipment installed at new complexes
• Training the customer's technical personnel to use equipment that has been installed at their media complex
• Inviting technical specialists from equipment manufacturers to train and assess the customer's personnel
• Getting complexes ready for certification from the viewpoint of meeting the standards of equipment manufacturers
