The first in Russia DVB-H mobile TV system. The second in the world by the number of channels (16 + 2), the DVB-H mobile digital TV broadcast system is equipped with auto backup system. Design and construction of the system including a head-end station, a monitoring control room, reception and transmission TV ports, organizing of the regional sites of DVB-H mobile TV network have been accomplished.

Unprecedented in scope and technical solutions, this project has enabled the world renowned opera and ballet company to capture and broadcast performances with a 16-18 (22-26) camera OB studio as is tours the world.

The complex enables to carry out competitions of the international level in various sports disciplines, such as basketball, volleyball, handball, mini-football.

An opportunity of shooting, recording and editing of hockey matches has been created. The connection of OB Van is possible. An opportunity of Internet and CATV broadcasts, program transmission via fibre to stationary studios, complex synchronizing with referee system and image transmission to central video cube have been realized. The modern studio-and-control room complex has been constructed and is currently in operation.

In October, 2007 the Assembly Hall of Russian State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) with 150 chairs was upgraded with newest STRONG film projectors and MEDIA WORKS audio systems, as well as with SoundStandard and Behringer sound reinforcement systems. Now, the Assembly Hall of the institute meets all the requirements to cinemas of the highest category.

Development of the project, delivery, installation and testing of the equipment.

Rigging the lecture hall with multimedia equipment and sound reinforcement system. The multimedia equipment complex and sound reinforcement system have been installed. Also, the task of material archiving have been accomplished. By solving this problem the basic accent was made on miltifunctionality. The project was finished in September, 2007.

The complex of air control room is intended for AV content digitizing, playlist creation, viewing of the digitized AV content, and playlist-based playout of two different programs. This is the first in Russia HD broadcast complex. The complex is integrated in existing technological processes of the Customer.

The TV complex is based completely on tapeless technologies and provides live studio transmissions.

I.S.P.A.-Engineering has developed ‘Flight Cases’, stand-alone HD and SD mobile TV complexes for EFP. Full automated EFP mobile TV complexes transported by overland or air transport, with minimal deployment time.

The I.S.P.A-Engineering, as the general contractor, developed a full technological structure of ANK-TV including production, multi-channel broadcasting, channel branding and CG systems. The technology complex has been built on contemporary technologies of leading broadcast vendors like Sony, Omneon, Harris, Evertz, IBM and others.

The company has carried out the design, delivery, balancing and commissioning of the “Dolby Surround Digital EX” system.

Closed captioning is provided for TV broadcasting – the subtitles are transmitted in teletext mode allowing on/off switching of subtitles in majority of modern TV sets.

The workplace of the sound engineer. Design, delivery, installation balancing and commissioning of equipment for the sound producer workplace in the Big Hall of the Kremlin Palace. The I.S.P.A. experts carried out the personnel training.

I.S.P.A.-SAT has carried out the re-equipment of the van including delivery, installation, balancing and commissioning, and testing the equipment.

Re-equipping of WDR and ARD TV facilities complex. Equipping of On-Air Control Room with an opportunity of live studio broadcast and playout using materials produced in Editing Rooms.

Digital production and broadcast television systems for the Cabinet of Ministers and the Republic's State Council.

Full reconstruction of all technological systems of sound amplification, communication, TV.

The system allows carrying out the reception of “closed” TV channels in DVB-S format from telecommunication satellites of FGUP “Space Telecommunication”, descrambling the signals and distributing them to regional TV and Radio broadcast centres in SECAM standard. In record terms over 1600 digital satellite telecommunication stations for reception of “Russia” TV channel of All-Russia State TV and Radio Committee in 56 regions of the Russian Federation have been modernized or newly constructed.

Summer 2006, Moscow: I.S.P.A.-Engineering company, well-known Russian system integrator, has completed the building of IP TV Head-End for the Central Telegraph (CenTel). Central Telegraph is one of 10 leading IP TV and other services providers in Russia. It is also one of the oldest communications company in Russia with over then 150 years’ history.

Automation and control system for a new television channel Design and installation of a system of automated TV broadcasting for “NTV-Belarus” TV channel. The technological solutions based on tapeless technologies allow uniting all segments of TV production and broadcast chain in one media network.

The company has carried out design, delivery and installation of film-technological and audio equipment for cinema-and-concert.

The complete replacement of audio and switching system without destruction of existing interior in the main 850-place concert hall of the University was carried out. The project was executed in two and a half months.

I.S.P.A.-Engineering has carried out the renewing and technological upgrade of the audio recording studio unit.

Creation of high-end home cinema. The system, architectural and acoustic design allowed to model the whole facilities complex beforehand, as well as room acoustic and design. The DYNAUDIO studio speaker systems in 5.1 configuration were used. The project was executed in 2 months.

Creation of high-end home cinema.

The equipping of all living rooms of the house with multipurpose stand-alone home theatre systems was carried out.

A multipurpose mobile audio system of Mega-IKEA Trade Centre provides the sound amplification of various events, such as presentations, live musical concerts, morning performances for children, competitions. The equipment set is installed in transport cases with rollers custom designed by Media Works. The project was executed in 1 month.

I.S.P.A.-Engineering has carried out the equipping of the second cinema belonging to the “CinemaPlanet-2” network on the turn-key basis. Design, delivery and installation of film-technological and audio equipment in two halls of the cinema complex have been carried out.

DVB-S distribution satellite network and multi­channel compression system for 50 television and 50 radio channels with statistical multiplexing and conditional access.

Within the framework of cooperation under the “Education” priority national project the experts of the Bureau of Integrated Solutions of I.S.P.A.-Engineering have executed a complex equipping of several premises of the University with modern audiovisual systems.

The building of the Museum of Modern Arts was equipped by the experts of the Bureau of Integrated Solutions of I.S.P.A.-Engineering on a turn-key basis a sound recording studio of world level.

Result of the project became creation of original and effective sound system of the main arena which is not having analogues, simple and unpretentious system of scoring of rehearsal arena, and also the branched out system of service communication and a convenient and qualitative sound department.

Equipping of NTV branch in Saint-Petersburg on turn-key basis. Implementation of tapeless news production and playout technology based on automated news broadcast facilities complex.

Designing, installation, delivery, balancing and commissioning of the cinema technological and audio equipment in six halls of the cinema facilities complex. Development and introduction of Interlock system of simultaneous show in several cinema halls.

Digital Production and Playout System. IP Head End for more then 100 TV channels. Four-channel compression system for satellite distribution.

Reliable liaison channel with reservation. Now company "NTV-plus" is not limited in the plans on increase in number of broadcast programs.

A modern television complex based on tape-less news production with remote regional correspondent bureaus.

Project design, equipment installation, balancing and commissioning of equipment in cinema-and-concert hall, projection room, halls and foyer, Audio Control Room of the concert hall, sound recording studio, disco, conference hall and sports hall. The I.S.P.A. experts carried out the personnel training.

Reconstruction of “Cosmos” cinema with upgrading to Dolby Digital audio system. I.S.P.A.-Engineering carried out the development of architectural, acoustic and technological projects of Big and Small Halls, design, balancing and commissioning of announcement systems of cinema complex levels and recreation areas, and follow-on of the reconstruction process.

A universal multifunctional 12-camera OB Van built on the Mercedes Actros chassis was put into operation May 2005.

A modern television complex based on tape-less news production.

System design, supply and installation of cinema, sound and supplementary equipment for 4 main halls and a DVD hall.

Equipment and installation of a sound recording studio, television signals storage, intercom, video transmission, presentation system, sound reinforcement in the foyer and the back up sites of the complex.

The company has carried out delivery of film-technological equipment, a film projection automation system, and audio equipment for two cinema halls.

Delivery of cinema technological and sound equipment for two halls was carried out.

Equipping the Temple halls with audio system. For maintaining the internal decoration a special German sub-miniature white acoustic systems manufactured by Fohn were chosen and laying of all required signal lines was carried out. The control system setup provided the power-up of the whole complex by pressing only one power button. The project was executed in 7 days.

In short terms a theatre-concert hall, a restaurant with karaoke, two bars and a VIP-hall were built on turnkey basis. Architectural, acoustic and technological projects were developed, and afterwards the delivery and installation of presentation, lighting and electro-acoustic equipment, as well as technological TV systems were carried out. Also, the personnel raining was carried out. The implementation of centralized control system allowed reducing the hardware costs almost to a half. The project was executed in 3 months.

I.S.P.A.-Engineering realized the project of PRO TOOLS HD 3 ACCEL hardware and software complex based on Apple computer. The integration with existing equipment was carried out. Also, various works were accomplished, such as introduction of additional cable system required for the planned expansion of the facilities complex, personnel training, balancing and commissioning. The project was executed in 2 months.

Design, supply and installation of equipment for sound recording studio, internal television, sound reinforcement and transmission systems for the banquet hall.

Creation of integrated management system of internal and external telephone network and conference system for 40 users. The integration link between telephony and conferencing became Telos telephone hybrid with an answerback card and “Congress-30” system. This allowed to automate the connection of 60 subscribers in different Russian towns to the press conference held in the Head Management headquarters. The project was executed in 80 days.

Design of the project, manufacture of acoustic systems, supply of equipment, installation of sound reinforcement systems for the big, small and VIP halls.

In shortest terms the experts of Bureau of Integrated Solutions of I.S.P.A.-Engineering have delivered and put into operation the following systems: Multimedia system, Home Cinema in VIP-zone and Disco.

Technical design of a television studio and a commentator's cabin, sound recording and non-linear edit rooms, project documentation, installation and launch of the complex.

Supply and installation of intercom system.

Equipment supply and installation of a cable television studio.

Supply, assembly and installation of the main and reserve ON-AIR complexes, integration of the present equipment into the new complex, development and manufacture of automation devices.

Design and installation of studio sound recording complex.

Design, supply and installation of an automated studio complex for program production, editing, and broadcast.

The installation of seven plasma panels for employees and head personnel of the Centre was carried out.

Design, supply and installation of an ON-Air Room, News Room, universal studio, multi format recoding room, news edit and program production room, sound edit room.

The studio construction was based on acoustic design of the halls which influenced the internal room design as a whole. The competent acoustic design and implementation of cheap materials (perforated gips panels of different configurations, mineral plates, timber, sound-proof carpets) allowed the creation of professional quality level hall though the amount of financing was moderate.

The Tannoy MP-series multipurpose speakers were implemented in the restaurant hall which harmonized with existing interior of the hall. The distributed installation of the speakers provided the high-quality, uniform sound in the 800 sq.m hall. In the 600-places conference hall the Media Works Coaxial series speakers were used. The Intercom between the control room and stage rooms is based on ClearCom equipment. The project was executed in 2.5 months.

Rigging of the dance hall with modern acoustic equipment, installation of overhead systems of sound transmission and Public Address in the lobby and the dining room.

Implementation of technological project, delivery and installation of professional sound equipment, training of club specialists. A separate audio system was installed in three club halls providing simultaneous running of three different programs. The project was executed in 4 months.

In the 200 sq.m hall three recreation zones were created: restaurant, disco and arts theatre.In complex construction sectional parts for upsizing or downsizing of the dancing floor, and the unified combined smart light system were used. The surround sound technology allowed the creation of 3D effect in the theatre zone. The custom acoustic project provided the required sound insulation from the living area of the building. The project was executed in 60 days.

Design, assembly, and installation of the working places for broadcast quality monitoring system. Manufacture and installation of monitor racks, hi-tech furniture and technological equipment for video library

Supply of new Sony camera equipment.

Supply, mounting and installation of equipment for the recording studio. Mounting of the television signal accumulation system to the patchboard of the mobile television station, further equipment of the complex and service facilities with RCS and Clear-Com products. Installation of service traffic system.

I.S.P.A. – Engineering's branch in Siberia and Far East I.S.P.A. – East carried out equipment supply, interior design and installation based on the concept of turn key solutions for low-budjet clubs.

Restoration of the damaged sound amplifying lines, restoration of the transmission system, service traffic system and warning lights system, optimization of the connecting field, restoration of the microphone lines of the orchestra pit. Restorarion of the microphone inventory for the orchestra and the stage. Supply and installation of the Tascam digital sound recording equipment for the studio.

Major reconstruction and re-equipment of TONSTUDIO complex, Studio B; implementation of an architectonic-acoustic project of the room and installation of Dolby 5.1. sound complex.

The experts of I.S.P.A.-Engineering joined the works at the stage of building. The acoustic design was carried out based on existing construction documentation provided the adaptation of audio system to architectural features of the premises. For high quality and uniform sound field during the live jazz concerts the chamber hall (100 sq.m) was equipped with Meyer Sound UPA / UPM / UMS series compact active speakers, and the distributed installation method was implemented. The project was executed in 5 months.

The company has developed the architectural-and-acoustic and technological project for three cinema halls.

The architectural-and-acoustic development of the philharmonic, concert and cinema halls have been carried out. The company has developed the film-technological project of the cinema hall, project of the sound reinforcement and light systems of the concert hall.

The project included the design and installation of a wide range of equipment, such as acoustic complexes for the big and the small halls, a sound recording studio, intercom, public address, and surveillance systems. The Okunev Palace of Culture has become the largest entertainment center in the Urals.

A unique sound concept (Surround Sound effects) has been realized in Russia's first stationary musical The North-East. The installation is based on Meyer Sound acoustics, Sennheiser multi-channel wireless system, Amek Recall mixing consoles, LCS Matrix3 Surround panoramming system. The musical runs everyday with a full house, the audience is applauding to the singers and the expert technical solution.

Among other Russian and foreign system integrators, I.S.P.A.-Engineering participated in the tender for the modernization of the State TV Channel The Culture. The project designed by our company was chosen the best. When the complex is put into operation, satellite transmission of the signal will cover almost the whole territory of the Russian Federation (more than 17 mil. sq. km.) with the 6 time zones Technology-wise, the new complex is in line with the government plan to advance to digital television in the years 2008-2010.

A number of tasks fulfiled in the “Tonstudio” production complex: Modernization of three voice recording studios: replacement of outmoded equipment with D&R digital mixers Sirius, project design, installation of additional equipment, system integration.

The company has carried out the reconstruction of the sound technological complex installed in the Big Hall of the State Kremlin Palace. The common complex sound reinforcement system has been created.
